E-Commerce Associate / Executive

We are looking for a candidate to take on the position of an E-Commerce Associate / Executive to support the growth of the online business. Roles and responsibilities include:

· Coordinate order processing, delivery and return / exchange of customer orders.

· Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction, replying to chat messages on a promptly manner.

· Product Management: Adding and updating product listings / content, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate product descriptions and images.

· Promotions and Campaigns: Planning and executing sales promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and attract new customers.

· Analytics and Reporting: Analysing sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to generate reports and inform strategy adjustments.

Requirement:

• Candidate to possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent.

• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience managing accounts such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify would be an advantage.

• Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel. Photoshop, Adobe, or Illustrator would be an advantage.

• Able to work together independently with minimal supervision and with other stakeholders.

• Results driven.

• Detail-oriented.
