E-Commerce Assistant (Fulfilment & Delivery)

Join our growing team as an E-commerce Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by fulfilling orders and delivering products to our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfil online orders accurately and on time

• Pack, label, and prepare items for delivery

• Deliver goods to customers using company vehicle (van provided)

• Assist in facilities and inventory tasks when needed

• Maintain delivery records and ensure customer satisfaction

• Support daily e-commerce operations and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driving license

• Responsible, punctual, and a team player

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Basic knowledge of online platforms is a plus, but not required
