The candidate will take charge of product photography, maintain listings on various platforms, and assist in live selling sessions. This role requires a diploma in a related field, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and skills in photography and design software are a plus.

E-Commerce Specialist cum Admin

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

$2000-3500

Job scope

- Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage

- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.

- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.

- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.

- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in related field.

- Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience.

- Able to work overtime

- Basic skill in Photography

- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

- Able to speak English and Mandarin to oversee activities with Chinese-speaking associates
