JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (E-Commerce)

E-Commerce Inventory and Sales

  • Accountable for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay (Redmart, Shopee Supermarket, Amazon, Official Stores), omnichannel (FPON), and quick commerce platforms (Grabmart, Pandamart).
  • Primarily to drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels

Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong strategic partnerships with key e-commerce accounts to ensure long-term business relationship
  • Develop mutually beneficial growth roadmaps with e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment on category expansion, promotional investments, and performance metrics

Negotiation & Strategy with E-Commerce Platforms

  • Lead commercial negotiations with e-commerce platforms to unlock better terms, including discount structures, ad placements, and promotional funding
  • Optimize promotional spending by balancing trade spend efficiency and ROI on visibility investments (ads, banners, homepages, etc.)
  • Liaise with Chinese Headquarters to drive e-commerce initiatives by aligning strategies across different markets for synchronized campaigns, mega sale events, and omnichannel activations
  • Explore new digital commerce trends, including live shopping, AI-powered personalization, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) innovations, to stay ahead of competitors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Marketing)

Campaign Support & Coordination

  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and out-ofhome channels
  • Coordinate creative production, track timelines, and manage deliverables across teams

Social Media & Content

  • Help plan and publish engaging content across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Work with agencies and creators to produce on-brand content that drives engagement

Influencer & PR Support

  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with local influencers, media, and brand partners
  • Support press outreach, seeding initiatives and content collaborations

Events & Brand Activations

  • Help organise and run pop-up events, in-store experiences, and community activations
  • Manage logistics and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate post-campaign reports
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive activities to inform marketing strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma Holder (Business Administration, Marketing or any related field)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce
  • Strong business acumen, self-driven and cast vision for driving profitable growth across multiple digital platforms
  • Proven ability to structure win-win agreements with e-commerce buyers and partners
  • Expertise in forecasting and inventory management
  • Ability to set, achieve, analyse e-commerce KPIs and optimize processes
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Chinese (spoken and written) for effective communication with stakeholders
