Job Description:
- Oversee and drive growth across all e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, RedMart, Shopee, Grab/Panda Mart, Amazon).
- Monitor daily operations, including order and delivery fulfillment, payments, inventory, customer inquiries, refunds, and website updates.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales.
- Maintain and grow the company’s online presence, including social media and advertising channels.
- Create content and conduct product photoshoots.
- Track, measure, and report the performance of digital marketing efforts (ROI, KPIs).
- Analyze trends and optimize marketing spend and performance.
- Configure and manage social media and Google Ads.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with developers on website maintenance and technical improvements.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
