We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Admin / Marketing Assistant to support our online business operations. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and familiar with e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate orders from platforms such as Facebook, Website, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
• Handle packaging, deliveries, returns, and exchanges
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
• Assist with product recommendations and basic troubleshooting
• Track and manage inventory levels
• Update inventory systems to reflect stock availability
• Upload new product listings including descriptions and pricing
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
• Ensure product images, banners, and site content are visually appealing and consistent across platforms
Requirements:
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Shopee/Lazada)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable participating in real-time social media activities
