Multi-Brand E-Commerce Manager

Location: Paya Lebar | Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Salary: $3,500–$4,500 + Guaranteed Commission + Annual Bonus

About the Role

We’re hiring a strategic, hands-on E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth of multiple brand storefronts across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. You’ll manage daily operations, campaigns, and performance for various brands, driving revenue and improving KPIs across our online channels.

This new headcount reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be the first hire in the e-commerce sales team, with strong potential to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Execution

  • Manage performance of multiple brands across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify

  • Develop tailored strategies per brand aligned to company goals

  • Ensure brand consistency, product accuracy, and pricing competitiveness

2. Campaign & Promotion Management

  • Plan and execute promotional calendars, flash deals, vouchers, and platform campaigns

  • Coordinate campaign submissions and collaborate with marketplace reps

3. Operations & Fulfillment Oversight

  • Manage store operations: listings, stock levels, bundles, and shipping accuracy

  • Coordinate with warehouse on inbound/outbound stock and inventory planning

4. Data & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics (GMV, AOV, ROAS, CTR, CVR)

  • Analyze results and optimize product listings, ad performance, and campaigns

  • Provide monthly reports and improvement plans

5. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work with internal teams (design, content, logistics, marketing)

  • Supervise junior staff or outsourced support (if applicable)

6. Brand Growth

  • Identify market trends and opportunities for brand expansion

  • Recommend new product launches or category additions

  • Support pricing strategies and customer feedback integration

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
  • Sales target achievement (monthly/quarterly)

  • Number of brands onboarded

  • Campaign execution success

  • Inventory efficiency (OOS, aged stock)

  • Customer and platform engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in multi-brand e-commerce management

  • Strong knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify

  • Proficient in Excel, analytics tools, and platform dashboards

  • Experience with campaign tools and marketplace promotions

  • Comfortable working solo and managing multiple priorities

  • Prior experience in brand aggregation or retail distribution is a plus

Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,500
