Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners in Singapore is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.

You will guide onshore and offshore teams, define scalable CRM architectures, oversee integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems, and provide hands-on leadership, consulting, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 with strong technical leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps.
Proven experience in CRM solution architecture, customization and system design.
Experience designing and implementing CRM integrations with external enterprise systems.
Experience with integration technologies such as Scribe, SSIS, APIs and custom development.
Experience working with SAP integration or other complex enterprise systems is highly advantageous.
Proven experience leading onshore and offshore technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working directly with clients in consulting, implementation or technical advisory environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Lead and manage onshore and offshore technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational support.
Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements, technical architecture, and Microsoft best practices.
Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provide technical and functional consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Perform CRM customization, including forms, screens, views, workflows, business processes, reports, and other CRM components.
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise systems, including SAP and other third-party applications.
Develop and manage integration solutions using technologies such as Scribe, SSIS, APIs, and custom development.
Provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment and production support.
Review existing CRM environments and recommend improvements to system performance, architecture, automation, and maintainability.
Ensure CRM solutions are aligned with organisational processes and support effective user adoption.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to development and support teams.
Engage directly with clients, including participation in onsite workshops, project handovers, and technical discussions where required.
Support knowledge transfer, technical documentation, team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation to improve system performance and reduce defects.
