Job summary

Tenya Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a part-time team member to support both service and kitchen operations in Singapore. The role involves assisting at tables or counter, order taking, and basic food preparation in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle the cash register for takeaway orders, manage packaging, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene across service and kitchen areas. This position offers a friendly team environment with a pay rate of S$13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu items and serve customers at tables or counter
• Take takeaway orders at the cash register, accept payment and give change
• Prepare packaging for takeaway orders
• Stock and replenish supplies at the service areas, and refill condiments
• Clean and sanitize service areas including work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Dish-washing duties
• Any other duties delegated by Store Manager from time to time
• Help to wash, peel and prepare basic food items in the kitchen
• Prepare meals including tempura, various noodles, deep-fried items
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas
• Clean floors and kitchen work areas; perform other duties as part of kitchen crew
• Remove and clear kitchen garbage
• Dish-washing duties
• Any other duties delegated by Store Manager from time to time
