Job summary
HT PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore responsible for managing the full spectrum of quantity surveying tasks. This includes tendering, budget management, supplier sourcing, and ensuring completion of final accounts with clients.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in QS Studies and has a minimum of 2 years of experience with building contracts. Excellent communication skills and a proactive working attitude are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts knowledge.
- Ability to prepare contracts and manage budget effectively.
- Good communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of quantity surveyor works including tendering and budget.
- Source quotations and procurements for suppliers and contractors.
- Follow up on claims certification and settlement of accounts.
- Prepare necessary documentation and drawings for clients.
