Job summary

CAREERSTAR INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Administration Executive / Project Coordinator to join our engineering and operations team at Toh Guan, Singapore.

The ideal candidate will support daily project administration, monitor schedules, manage documentation and coordinate with managers, site personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications include a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Eng diploma or degree and 3–4 years in project coordination or related

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or Site Supervision.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Able to review engineering/project documents and understand technical content.
• Valid Singapore Driving Licence is preferred.
• Workplace safety certifications are an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Good written English and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily project administration and execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress.
• Manage project documentation including files, scope of supply, POs, DOs, equipment hiring and subcontractor docs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Personnel, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assist Operations Manager with progress reports, assessments and statistics.
• Monitor schedules and follow up on project matters.
• Prepare professional reports, documentation and email correspondence.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
