Job summary

UWCSEA Dover Campus is seeking a Teacher of Primary Physical Education. You will lead PE and swimming for ages 4–11, bringing creativity, collaboration, and a child-centeredapproach to learning.

The successful candidate will join a vibrant K-12 PE department, delivering an inclusive, concept-based curriculum and using innovative teaching methods to engage students and support holistic development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PE teaching experience.
• Experience with concept-based PE.
• Qualified in swimming.
• Experience in international schools preferred.
• Passion for whole-child education.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for Primary School (PS) PE & swimming classes.
• Assist in planning and implementing a PE programme that supports skill development and health.
• Contribute to PS PE curriculum and resources with Head of PS PE.
• Employ varied teaching strategies including technology to enhance learning.
• Nurture high levels of student agency and inclusive teaching.
