Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging English lessons for primary school students at our learning centres
• Apply Lil’ but Mighty’s teaching strategies and curriculum effectively in the classroom
• Plan, review and evaluate lessons to ensure students are learning effectively
• Mark and provide constructive feedback on students’ work
• Monitor students’ progress and identify areas where additional support is needed
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents about their child’s learning progress
• Build positive relationships with students and create a classroom environment where they feel encouraged to participate and learn
• Collaborate with fellow educators to review curriculum, develop teaching materials and improve instructional strategies
• Participate actively in training, lesson observations and professional development
• Remain open to coaching, new ideas and feedback
• Teach an average of 11 classes per week, including relief classes when required
• Support workshops, programmes and other educational initiatives organised by Lil’ but Mighty

Education

Diploma in Education (NIE)

Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Education from NIE

Equivalent overseas teaching qualification

Merit or Distinction in academics

Experience in Singapore primary schools / tuition centres
