Job summary

The Perse School Singapore invites applications for enthusiastic Teachers of French to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will teach French across Primary and/or Senior levels, fostering language proficiency, cultural awareness, and confident communication.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification and at least 2 years of international school experience, with native or near-native French and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, French, or related field with recognised teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in international schooling.
• Native or near-native French, with strong command of English.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum for primary or secondary programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging French language lessons aligned with Cambridge International Framework and Perse curriculum.
• Deliver interactive lessons to varied ages and proficiency levels.
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Promote cultural awareness by integrating French history, customs, and traditions.
• Communicate with parents and colleagues on student development.
• Contribute to school life through trips, clubs, and cultural activities.
