Responsibilities

Learning & Teaching: implement schemes of work, assess and report; inspire essential progress and achievement.
Planning & Development: collaborate on curriculum development and department improvement.
Management of Resources: organise and utilise departmental resources within budget.
Assessment, Recording & Reporting: ensure regular assessment and parent reporting.
Pastoral & Co-Curricular: undertake form tutor duties and contribute to activities.
Communication & Liaison: liaise with HOD and colleagues to strengthen English learning.
