MDPI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Conference Producer / Conference Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role.

You will help plan and execute conferences from concept to delivery, coordinating with speakers, editors, and production teams to ensure high-quality events. In this role, you will manage both virtual and in-person conferences, handle market research, agenda curation, stakeholder engagement, website updates, and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in conference industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Market Research: assist in researching trends and industry challenges.
• Agenda curation: schedule sessions with chairs and speakers.
• Stakeholder engagement: maintain communication with chair, session chairs, and speakers.
• Website management: update event pages with speakers, partners, and sessions.
• Customer service: provide excellent service to partners and speakers.
• Team coordination: collaborate with editorial, marketing, and live session teams.
• Editorial progress monitor: work with editors on abstracts and production on book prep.
• Live streaming: assist in coordinating live streaming of virtual conferences.
• On-site delivery: assist in creating and delivering on-site briefs for conferences.
• Plan and execute virtual conferences ensuring seamless delivery.
