Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a 1-year contract Clinical Trial Assistant to support CPMs and study teams with administrative, documentation, TMF, budget management and logistics during clinical trials.

You will ensure timely, quality data delivery while complying with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include eTMF setup and archiving, CRO oversight support, budget and vendor management, and CTMS/ct.gov related tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Life Science, Biomedical Science or Pharmaceutical Science.
• At least 2 years of sponsor-side experience.
• TMF experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support TMF setup, maintenance, archiving of eTMFs with quality control.
• Assist in CRO oversight by drafting eTMF guidelines and review processes.
• Handle study documentation in line with GCP and SOPs.
• Assist with study budget, vendor setup, invoices and cost tracking.
• Help maintain study tracking tools and ct.gov registrations.
• Provide trial logistics support and procurement for study activities.
• Contribute to SOP/training material preparation and updates.
• Support internal and CRO meetings with agenda and minutes.
