Dynamic and innovative Community & Social Engagement Executive

IZIA is at the forefront of AI-driven digital transformation, pioneering an intelligent ecosystem that enhances everyday life, streamlines infrastructure, and automates workflows. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Community & Social Engagement Executive to lead our brand presence, foster engagement, and build a thriving user community.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Engagement

  1. Develop and manage IZIA’s social media strategy across multiple platforms (小红书Rednote, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram), ensuring a strong and consistent brand voice that resonates with our users.
  2. Actively engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and manage brand reputation online, addressing concerns and escalating issues where necessary.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  1. Work with outsourcing marketing agency to create compelling, AI-driven content, including social media posts, articles, and multimedia, to educate and engage audiences on IZIA’s innovations.
  2. Plan and execute social media campaigns, challenges, and interactive activities to drive user adoption and platform engagement.
  3. Leverage AI-powered insights to refine content strategies and optimize performance across digital channels.

Influencer & Partner Collaborations

  1. Identify and collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and AI enthusiasts to expand IZIA’s reach and credibility.
  2. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute partnership-driven campaigns that showcase IZIA’s capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner with Product, Tech, and Business Development teams to align social engagement strategies with platform updates and business goals.
  2. Collaborate with in-house creative teams to ensure visually compelling and impactful digital content.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing, preferably in AI, tech, or lifestyle sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of AI trends, digital engagement strategies, and content marketing.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise messaging.
  5. Proficiency in content creation, including basic graphic design, video editing, and social media analytics.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and adapt to evolving trends.
