Designation:

Deputy Vice President - Change Management

Work Experience:
  • 15+ years of work experience
  • 10+ years experience in Insurance domain
  • At least 7+ years in Project Management role
Location:

Mumbai - Goregaon

Salary:

Upto 35 lacs

Objective:

This position is for DVP Change Management, responsible for program management, senior stakeholder management, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, team mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, and program/project management abilities. The candidate should be able to conceptualize and deliver strategic initiatives, drive adoption, and help the organization achieve its business objectives efficiently and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive transformation by implementing innovative solutions and positioning IndiaFirst as a leader in emerging technologies to attain Digital Maturity.
  • Formulate digital strategy and identify initiatives for organizational transformation.
  • Manage and support teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring project success and business requirement fulfillment.
  • Proactively identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
  • Manage multiple programs, prioritize based on business needs, and ensure key success parameters are met.
  • Establish mechanisms for comprehensive requirement fulfillment and team upskilling.
Required Skills:
  • Define strategic objectives and ensure their achievement.
  • Identify risks, suggest mitigations, and ensure project scope, schedule, cost, and quality adherence.
  • Drive project adoption post-implementation and review team performance regularly.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders.
