Une entreprise leader dans le domaine des équipements semi-conducteurs à Singapour recherche un candidat pour soutenir les ingénieurs de processus dans le développement et le fonctionnement des outils de laboratoire. Le rôle exige une expérience dans le processus de gravure et la métrologie. Les responsabilités incluent le passage de qualificatif sur les outils de laboratoire, les analyses, et la collaboration avec des fournisseurs externes pour le support matériel. Un diplôme technique est requis, avec la préférence donnée à ceux ayant une expérience pertinente.
Seeking candidate with fundamental knowledge of plasma etch processes and demonstrated skills in operating dry etch and metrology equipment. Preference will be given to those with prior Fab or dry etch tool vendor experience. This role involves significant time in a cleanroom environment executing chip-level tests on relevant tools.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting process engineers with process development, metrology, and structural characterization in laboratory settings and at customer locations for Tiers 2 & 3 support. Regular tasks involve conducting process development and SEM analysis. Occasional collaboration with external vendors is required for hands-on support of R&D lab system hardware performance.
Principal Accountabilities
Support process engineers in running design of experiments (DOE) on chips and whole wafer on lab tools.
Conduct lab tool recovery seasoning and process qualification procedures post maintenance.
Support metrology and cross-section structural characterization of process demos which may include sending wafers offsite to external vendors for measurements.
Running process quals on lab tools to collect baseline and tool health monitoring.
Hand-carry customer’s wafers to external vendors for structural characterization of coupon or whole wafer tests.
Support process engineers, MTS and Technologies in customer onsite field service process support for tool release or process, demo discussion and know basic tool down self-support troubleshooting.
Any other ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by supervisor.
Education & Experience
Min. Diploma in Material Science, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferably with at least 1 year experience in 200/300mm Silicon, Dielectric or Metal Etch process equipment
Knowledge of metrology tools like thickness, optical CD, SEM is preferred
Basic Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills is a must
Essential Attributes
Occasionally required to work on weekend/Public Holiday or perform 12 hrs rotating (Day/ Night) shift when required
Demonstrated qualities of being pro-active, self-driven to complete tasks independently and on time, possess critical mindset to learn with high level of process analytical ability in fast-pace environment
Able to work with the team to achieve Department and Company Goals
Flexibility to work on shift/ overtime/ stand-by/ on-call/ holidays when required
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. Mandarin speaking ability is preferred to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
