• A Dry Cleaning company is seeking dedicated counter staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be independent, organized, friendly, and proactive in a counter service role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Work 5.5 days a week; weekends and public holidays off.
2. Perform daily shop operations and duties.
3. Manage shop cleanliness, opening, and closing procedures.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and follow laundry procedures diligently.
5. Ensure accuracy of payments and reconciliation with daily sales reports.
6. Register new customers and update customer database.

Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of garment materials and laundry processes.
2. Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
3. Confident, well-groomed, and with a pleasant demeanor.
4. Friendly personality with meticulous work habits.
5. Ability to work independently.
