Job description

Job Summary:

The CEO's Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for the CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility to accommodate the dynamic schedule of the CEO. The driver will also ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and will assist with other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the CEO to and from appointments, meetings, and events in a timely manner.
  • Plan routes and estimate travel times to ensure punctuality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operational status of the vehicle, including regular maintenance and servicing.
  • Keep detailed records of travel, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any maintenance performed.
  • Assist the CEO with luggage and other items as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Coordinate with the CEO’s office for scheduling and itinerary planning.
  • Stay updated on traffic reports, road conditions, and alternate routes to avoid delays.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the CEO, which may include running errands or administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive driver preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and roadways.
  • Ability to operate luxury vehicles is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Defensive driving skills and awareness.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations or changes in schedule.
