Are you a skilled driver with a heart for service? Do you value teamwork, safety, and helping others? We’re looking for a Driver/Support Services Associate to be an integral part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:


Transport Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate transportation needs.
  • Safely ferry children to school, appointments, and activities.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, follow traffic rules, and report incidents.

Security Services:

  • Manage the guard post, monitor CCTV, and ensure entry protocols are followed.
  • Facilitate visitor registration and vehicle parking.

Fire Drill Support:

  • Assist in safety drills and ensure access for emergency personnel.

Traffic Warden Duties:

  • Ensure smooth traffic flow during events.

Ad Hoc Support:

  • Receive parcels and assist with additional duties as assigned.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Donations in kind:

  • To assist in receiving donations and issuing receipts to donors.

Working Hours:

  • Weekdays, 9 AM – 6 PM (42-hour week).

What You’ll Need:

  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Class 3 driving license with a clean record.
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads.
  • Security license (preferred).
  • Ability to read and write in English.
