Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Driver/Senior Delivery Driver/Supervisor in North Singapore. You will perform daily delivery and collection duties, guide the team on routes, and ensure vehicle safety and proper documentation.

Applicants should have 3-5 years driving experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, hold a Class 3 license, and be comfortable with early and evening shifts. English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of driving experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the same scope.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License and comfortable driving a Van/Truck Delivery.
• Willingness to work early and evening shifts.
• Able to handle and carry goods daily including non-halal items.
• Good knowledge of Singapore routes and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily and collect items as scheduled, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist planning and allocation of delivery routes and provide guidance to drivers.
• Monitor punctuality, performance, and compliance with procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and report incidents promptly.
• Uphold disciplinary standards and support workflow improvements while following SOPs.

Driver/Senior Delivery Driver/Supervisor (Ref: 37510)

Location: North

【 Responsibilities 】

Operations

• Perform daily delivery and collection duties
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of delivery schedules
• Load/unload goods carefully and verify delivery orders
• Handle goods with care and ensure proper documentation

Team Coordination

• Support planning and allocation of delivery routes
• Provide guidance to delivery drivers on daily operations
• Monitor punctuality, performance, and compliance with procedures

Vehicle & Compliance

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles
• Enforce company policies on vehicle usage and safety
• Report any incidents, damages, or irregularities promptly

Process & Discipline

• Uphold operational discipline and accountability within the team
• Assist management in implementing workflow improvements
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards

【 Working hours 】

Delivery Operation Hours (To be discussed and adjusted based on shift – 7 to 8 hours per day, 6 Days Work Week)
Weekdays: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• At least 3-5 years of relevant driving experience with at least 1 year of team lead/supervisory experience within the same scope
• Candidates with less experience can be considered for Driver position instead
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and be comfortable driving a Van/Truck Delivery
• Comfortable with committing to an early and evening shift
• Able to handle and carry goods daily (including non-halal items)
• Able to communicate well in English
• Good knowledge of Singapore routes and traffic conditions
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Calm and professional, high level of trustworthiness, and strong work discipline
