Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Local delivery, purchase, and collection.
2. Packing, loading, and unloading.
3. Checking and packing ship supply orders.
4. Going on board of the ship in port and anchorage.
5. Accounting for cash to be collected and submitting promptly.
6. Liaising closely with the operation and purchasing departments.
7. Position data entry; accounting knowledge required.
8. Handling full set of purchasing processes (sourcing, quotation, inquiry, negotiation, follow-up).
9. Assisting in sourcing materials, parts, tools, and equipment required by the ship master; handling returned and rejected items to settle cases.
10. Managing documentation (clearance, declaration, etc.).
11. Motivating and maintaining a positive working attitude with the operation team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. People-oriented with good communication skills.
2. Self-motivated, hardworking, team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
3. Irregular working hours expected.
4. Class 2, 3, 4 driving license; forklift license.
5. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the ship supply industry.
6. Self-motorbike transportation.
7. Fresh graduates are welcome.
