The role requires a valid Class 4 licence, experience with 24-footers, physical fitness for loading/unloading, and safe driving aligned with Singapore regulations. You will also assist with loading/unloading as needed and maintain vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation (delivery orders, pick-up orders, tally sheets)
• Comply with safety requirements and Singapore traffic regulations
• Support container-related handling duties as required
• Perform other operational duties as assigned

About the Role

Our client is an established, Singapore-based logistics and freight forwarding company. They are looking for a dependable Class 4 Driver to operate a 24-footer lorry on daily delivery and collection routes, supported by an attendant.

What You'll Do

• Drive a 24-footer lorry for daily local delivery and collection runs
• Load and unload cargo together with an assigned attendant, including use of an electric pallet jack for loose cargo
• Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report any faults or damage promptly
• Ensure proper documentation, e.g. delivery orders, pick-up orders and tally sheets
• Comply with all safety requirements and Singapore traffic regulations while on the job
• Support container-related handling duties as required
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management
