Job summary

GREENPAC (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport goods from our warehouse to customer locations in Singapore. You will focus on safe, timely deliveries and high-quality client service while upholding efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires a valid Singaporean driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle heavy items. Forklift license is a plus; training and adherence to routes and schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license issued by LTA Singapore.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience driving lorries/heavy vehicles preferred.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Willing to follow routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift heavy items for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules.
• Comply with all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines, such as trucks and forklifts, etc.
• Carried out hoc duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
