Job summary

Sankyu Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for drivers with a valid Class 4 driving license to join our logistics team, based at 11 Clementi Loop. You will operate a 24-foot lorry for island-wide cargo deliveries, transport containers to and from PSA, and handle hazardous goods under regulatory safety rules.

Two positions are available: Full-time permanent (5.5-day week, basic salary + allowances, overtime) and Part-time contract (3 days/week, gross salary SGD 1,600, pro-rated benefits).

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license.
• HazMat Transport Driver Permit (HTDP) preferred.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or related field.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Operate a 24-foot lorry for island-wide cargo deliveries.
• Transport containers to and from PSA.
• Safely deliver dangerous goods in compliance with regulations.
• Manage and mitigate minor spillages of dangerous goods.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

• Perform other assigned tasks as required by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Candidates MUST possess a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license.
• Possession of a HazMat Transport Driver Permit (HTDP) is preferred and considered an advantage.
• Must have a clean driving record with no recent violations.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Must be literate in English (reading, writing and speaking) for communication, documentation and understanding instructions.

Full-time Position (Permanent Basis) Available

• Basic + Allowances
• 5.5-day per week, require to commit OT (if any)
• a) Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, and
• b) Saturday, from 8am to 12pm

Part-time Position (Contract Basis) Available

• Gross salary $1,600 (Benefits will be pro-rated accordingly)
• 3-day per week, from 8am to 5.00pm
• a) Monday to Wednesday, or
• b) Wednesday to Friday
