Responsibilities

• Drive trucks or lorries along planned routes while obeying all traffic laws and road regulations.
• Cargo Handling: Load, secure, and unload goods, and verify loads for accuracy against delivery documents.
• Inspections & Maintenance: Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, report mechanical issues, and maintain basic upkeep like refueling.
• Communication: Coordinate schedules and report road incidents or delays with dispatchers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate activity logs, mileage records, and delivery confirmations.
