About The Role

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic Plant Nurturer (Driver) to join our team at 4A Bedok South Road. If you enjoy driving, working outdoors, and being part of a growing green movement, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Transport workers and goods safely to various sites

Secure heavy and large loads properly for transport

Plan and organize the most efficient delivery routes

Manage multiple pickups and deliveries daily

Support landscape and hydroculture plant maintenance

Help with loading and unloading goods at work sites

️ Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and mechanical soundness

Submit incident or accident reports promptly

Always comply with LTA regulations and in-house policies

Carry out any other operational duties as assigned

What’s In It For You?

Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Annual Leave: 7 days (plus other statutory leaves like Medical, Hospitalisation, Marriage, Compassionate, and Childcare) ️ Secure and Stable Career: 3-month probation period leading to confirmation Great Team Environment: Work closely with dedicated team.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Singapore Driving License Holder
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience
• Good attitude towards vehicle care and team responsibility
• ️ Physically fit to support loading/unloading operations
