Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sampling of food, swab, water, and air samples.
2. Collection of food, swab, water, and settle plate samples.
3. Purchasing food and water samples from stores.
4. Collecting ad-hoc samples upon customer requests.
5. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
2. Ability to interact effectively with operational personnel, scientific staff, and management.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Willingness to use PPE (personal protective equipment).
5. Availability to perform ad-hoc duties, including weekends.
6. Valid Driving License.
7. Knowledge of road safety regulations.
8. Ability to use maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
9. Punctuality and reliability.
