Job summary

Double Chin Food Services Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent team member to support daily operations in our Singapore warehouse and delivery workflow.

You will pick orders in a cold environment (-20 degrees) with warm gear provided, restock inventory, and perform stock takes while ensuring invoice accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 3 driving license at minimum; Class 4 license is advantageous.
• Willing to work Mon–Sat; Sundays and PHs off.
• Able to read and write in basic English; read picking lists.
• Having a forklift license is advantageous.
• Physically fit; job requires lifting up to 30 kg.

Responsibilities

• Help pick delivery orders in a -20 degree environment; warm wear provided.
• Daily picking of customer orders, restocking inventory, and stock takes with invoice accuracy.
• Make daily deliveries in a company-provided truck.
• Collect fresh production from fishery ports such as Jurong.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Double Chin Food Services Pte Ltd (DCFS) is an importer/exporter and wholesaller of fresh frozen food in Singapore. We have both B2B and B2C divisions, with our warehouse located in the West side of Singapore / Chin Bee area (Jurong / Corporation Road).

We are a small team with a very flat structure, so if you love independence and are a responsible person DCFS could be a great fit for you!

We are looking to hire someone who would love the challenge to take up a flexible operations role that involves the following job responsibilities:

Immediate Job Scope

• 1. Help do picking of delivery orders. (-20 degree working environment), warm wear will be provided.
• 2. This includes the daily picking of customer orders, the restocking of inventory, and doing stock take. Accuracy of goods picked with invoice is important.
• 3. Do daily deliveries in a company provided truck.
• 4. Collection of fresh production from the respective fishery ports such as Jurong.
• 5. Able to work independently and with a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Must have a valid Class 3 driving license at minimum or in the process of having a license within 4 months of starting with us. Class 4 license will be advatageous
• 2. Strong work ethic and willing to work. We operate Mon - Saturday. PH and Sundays off.
• 3. Able to read and write in basic English is a must. (does not need to be perfect English, so long we can understand you, and you can understand us, and most importantly you can read the picking list of goods needed to be picked)
• 4. Having a valid Forklift license is advantageous.
• 5. Physically fit, as the job requires lifting of goods as heavy as 30kg.

At this time our company is closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. A standard work week is Mon - Sat on a 44- hour work week + Over Time where applicable.
