Job summary

Bao Long Building in Singapore is seeking a reliable transport assistant to manage the daily shuttle for construction workers between the dormitory and site. You will coordinate departures and arrivals, assist with document dispatch and collection, and liaise with the in-house supervisor on deployments and dormitory moves.

The role includes ad-hoc errands and keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained. This is a hands-on position within a construction environment, requiring punctuality,

• Responsible to pick up and send the construction workers from dormitory to site (vice versa)
• Dispatch and collection of documents in a timely manner
• Liaise with in-house supervisor on workers’ deployment, courses, shifting of dormitories & etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties, including assist in general errands, as assigned by the Company.
• Maintaining vehicle in clean and good working conditions
