BAO LONG BUILDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent driver/dispatcher to manage daily pick-up and drop-off of construction workers between their dormitory and work site, and to dispatch and collect documents promptly.

The role involves coordinating with the in-house supervisor on workers' deployment, course attendance, and dormitory movements. You will also perform ad-hoc duties, assist in general errands, and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and in good working condition.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to pick up and send the construction workers from dormitory to site (vice versa)
• Dispatch and collection of documents in a timely manner
• Liaise with in-house supervisor on workers’ deployment, courses, shifting of dormitories & etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties, including assist in general errands, as assigned by the Company.
• Maintaining vehicle in clean and good working conditions
