Responsibilities

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet yield, cycle time and quality targets.
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with specs.
• Monitor production yield, map processes, implement containment, design experiments, and report root causes.
• Escalate issues per PMP requirements.
• Conduct basic data queries and analysis to provide insights for engineers.
• Monitor KPIVs/KPOVs and manage Fast Triggering systems for stable operations.
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve aggressive goals and high quality.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
