Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline required.

• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet targets.
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance.
• Monitor yield, map processes, and identify root causes with experiments.
• Escalate issues per PMP requirements.
• Conduct basic data queries and provide insights to engineers.
• Monitor KPIVs/KPOVs and manage Fast Triggering systems for stability.
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve aggressive goals with quality.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Handle additional tasks to support team OKRs.
