Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating geotechnical drilling rigs.
• Experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
• Competent in operating A Frame, Hanjin, CPT rigs.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Results-driven, highly motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Driller to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and executing drilling, well control, and other related work during the activation and commissioning of drilling equipment.

This role is based at Kaki Bukit, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Report to the assigned project team and operation coordinator. Carry out borehole drilling activities safely and complete tasks within permitted working hours.
• Maintain and protect drilling equipment diligently, follow instructions for ad hoc tasks such as manual trial pit digging and instrument installation.
• Implement the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental Performance and maintain the management systems to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Follow business management systems and corporate compliance procedures.
