Job summary

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (sanitary solutions and commercial fit-out works ) who is also proficient in AutoCAD.

• 5.5 days work week

• Work Location : Mandai

• Reports to Project Director

Job Duties and Requirements :

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering and currently reside in Singapore

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking co-workers n subcontractors.

• Minimum 1 years of working experience as quantity surveying with good hands-on experience in using MS Office, AutoCAD

• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation order, and finalization of accounts

• Manage subcontract issues from time to time

• Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
