Draftsman cum QS

Job Scope:

• Prepare shop drawings, detail drawings, and AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission.
• Assist in attending site meetings and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project administration tasks including document management and progresstracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs.

Requirement:

• Proficient in English, with clear communication skills essential for team collaboration
• Minimum education level: Secondary School/ITE/ITC/NTC.
• Building Construction Supervision Safety Course certification.
• Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors certification.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player and result-oriented
• Experienced with knowledge in safety requirement
