Job summary

Xinhe Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Draftsman cum Designer to read and interpret engineering drawings and prepare shop and fabrication drawings along with as-built documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong coordination with contractors and site teams. A Diploma/Degree in Civil or Architectural engineering is preferred; immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or Degree in Civil/Architectural engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• 5.5 days per week.
• Immediate availability is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineering drawings.

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings


• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as built drawings, cutting list for fabrication and other support drawings to site and production


• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting


• Able to use Excel for Data Tabulation


• Relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding, Doors and Windows


• Liaise with the main contractor and site personnel


• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural) or equivalent


• At least 5 years working experience as a drafter


• 5.5 days per week


• Immediate availability is a big plus

Salary Range: $4000 - $6500 per month
