Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to handle AutoCAD drawings and support project management. Candidates should have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in relevant fields and a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Survey. Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Using autocad to draw shop drawing and as built drawings

Assist Project Manager / Engineer to update drawing & documentation as per customer comments

Maintain proper process documentation

Estimate cost and prepare tender documents

Prepare design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services

Evaluate Contractor’s design proposals and specifications

Assess interim payment applications and final accounts

Carry out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services

Provide general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Survey or equivalent

Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in design, supervision and project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical discipline

In-depth knowledge of construction laws and regulations

Good verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels

Proficient in AutoCAD (M&E Drawings) 2D & 3D
