Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Draftsperson to undertake comprehensive drafting tasks. This role involves preparing detailed drawings for architectural and structural projects and coordinating with teams for successful project execution. Ideal candidates should possess relevant diplomas and a minimum of 5 years' experience, complemented by strong AutoCAD skills and effective teamwork capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or Civil & Structural Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of experience in structural or architectural field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge in Revit and Navisworks as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general drafting work including detailing of drawings.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and other related drawings from design drafts
• Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings
• Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes
• Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in Structural or Architectural field in the construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
• Candidates who possess basic knowledge in Revit and Navisworks will have an added advantage
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
