Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Draftman to prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

You will support the project team, coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to resolve discrepancies, develop drawings from client/consultant requirements, prepare as-built drawings, assist with tender bids, and ensure all drawings are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Support the project team by providing accurate and timely drawings for construction use.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Department and Project Team to resolve discrepancies in drawings.
• Develop drawings and specifications based on Client/Consultant requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings for submission upon project completion.
• Assist with tender bids by producing floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and delivered on time.

Working Hours: Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: $3000-$3600
