Drafter (Up to $3500 / 5 days / Tuas)

Job Title: Drafter (ID3471)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:15am-6pm
Salary: $2500-$3500

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create detailed technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC systems.
2. Update and revise existing drawings to meet project requirements.
3. Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs align with client needs.
4. Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.
5. Collaborate with field teams to gather measurements and ensure design accuracy.
6. Provide drafting support for project installations and upgrades.
7. Ensure all drawings meet OME's safety and quality standards.
8. Adhere to industry and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC systems.
3. Marine or offshore experience is an advantage.
4. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
