Job description

Responsibilities:

Drafter (External Works)

• Prepare external work (C&S) BP drawings in CAD, based on information from various trades such as Architect (DC), M&E utilities, and subcontractors (e.g., linkway, drain, road contractors).
• Liaise with government agencies such as PUB, LTA, and NParks regarding external works requirements and WD.
• Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulations.
• Compile drawings, documents, and WD replies for government agency submissions.

Senior Drafter (External Works)

• Prepare external work (C&S) BP drawings in CAD, based on information from various trades such as Architect (DC), M&E utilities, and subcontractors (e.g., linkway, drain, road contractors).
• Liaise with government agencies such as PUB, LTA, and NParks regarding external works requirements and WD.
• Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulations.
• Compile drawings, documents, and WD replies for government agency submissions.
• Attend authority inspections such as CSC inspections.
• Lead a team of drafters to obtain timely approval for external works (C&S) from relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architectural, or Structural background and qualities.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a consultancy firm involved in C&S and infrastructural projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Revit BIM model / Civil 3D software with relevant training certificates is advantageous.
