Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a Drafter/Designer (Interior and Architecture) to deliver 2D/3D space planning and detailed drawings for finishes, lighting, windows/doors, and custom carpentry. You will collaborate with clients and teams, ensuring accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in construction/architecture, holds a related degree, and is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with construction/architecture, carpentry and interior design
• Degree in a construction-related field
• Proficient AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator and photoshop etc
• 5.5 working days

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and design wants
• Prepare administrative documents whenever required
• 2D and 3D space-planning and technical drawings for all finishes (lighting and electrical plan, window and door schedule, custom carpentry detail etc)
• Good understanding of materials and their suitable uses
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Meticulous and accurate with work with minimal supervision
• Adaptable, positive working attitude and keen to learn on the job
