Drafter cum Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design development, architectural CAD detailing, and drafting services.
• Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings and construction documents based on approved drawings from the client.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed as per design intent and assist immediate superior in coordinating with architects, project managers, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Maintain proper paperwork, documentation, and drawings, ensuring all are in order.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to create technical drawings and documents.
• Participate in other ad hoc technical-related meetings or tasks.
