Job summary

Located at Tampines and Tuas sites, the role involves drafting, site inspections, and coordination with internal teams. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and have at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Drafter.
• Knowledge of SketchUp with 3D modeling capabilities.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and design team with design drawing and layout plan.
• Travel to site for inspection, space planning, and site measurement.
• Perform drawing modifications as required by the Project Manager.

Job description

• Construction industry - site office
• Able to work at Tampines site and Tuas site (must be able to travel)
• Working days - 6 days

Job Responsibilities

1. Support sales and design team with design drawing and layout plan
2. Travel to site for inspection, space planning, and site measurement
3. Responsible for drafting based on measurements taken on site
4. Coordinate with internal departments on project updates
5. Perform drawing modifications as required by the Project Manager
6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements
