Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Drafting:

• Prepare detailed electrical layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and cable routing plans.
• Develop and update electrical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Incorporate design changes, markups, and feedback from engineers or site teams into updated drawings.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain and organize CAD files, drawing logs, and project documents.
• Performas other duties as assigned.

Coordination:

• Liaise with electrical engineers, site supervisors, and other disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for technical documentation, equipment details, and delivery schedules.
• Track project progress and assist in preparing reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Support in managing RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and document control.
• Attend coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
