Job summary

A facade design company in Singapore is seeking an experienced drafter with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates should be proficient in reading engineering drawings, AutoCAD, and Revit. The role includes preparing various drawings and liaising with contractors on-site. A diploma in architecture or equivalent is required. The position requires working 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting and BIM design tools, specifically Revit (3D).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a drafter.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.
• Liaise with main contractor and site personnel.
• Able to work 5.5 days/week.

Job description

• Familiar with AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools-Revit (3D)
• Able to use Excel for Data Tabulation
• Relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding,Doors and Windows
• Liaise with main contractor and site personnel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience as drafter
• Able to work 5.5 days/week
